At Barnes Insights and Advisory, our mission is to provide exceptional consulting services that empower our clients and simplifies complex business processes. We partner our business service with customised family solutions that leverage our experience and knowledge of family dynamic changes and service provider engagement. We support you to navigate the difficult process of designing your new normal when family circumstances change.
Why start consulting? Why not? I love helping people and demonstrating that transforming teams from average to high performing, dealing with HR matters and resolving disputes is never difficult with the right help. I've done the years of hard work, got the experience and completed the study. Now I want to share that knowledge so my clients lives are a little less stressful and have more free time for the important stuff. I think this is why I love learning and love training. I get to share the knowledge I've gained so everyone can be better off.
Why family support? I've watched countless friends rack up huge bills trying to navigate family changes by not engaging the right people for the right jobs. I'm a single mum myself so I personally know how challenging it is to navigate your 'new normal' when the life plan goes sideways. I'm here to help and show you how I navigated the process without going into thousands of dollars of debt and came out the other side. Mums and Dads are both welcome, there is no 'bad guy or gal' just a difficult situation to navigate and we've got the skills to support you through it.
After spending twenty years in the private sector as a Human Resources and Finance Manager I joined the public sector and have enjoyed eight years working in various HR, Employee Relations and Grievance Resolution roles. I have been told my training sessions are second to none and am described as having expert knowledge in employee relations, human resources and management techniques and strategies. I feel an amazing sense of achievement resolving a dispute and I think I've found my calling in this area! I get to combine my love of HR, Management and employment legislation and frameworks to do all I can to get the right outcome.

All of our services are offered outside of normal business hours and delivered at a location that suits you.
